Stahlbus Bleeder valve
Anyone knows or has any experience with Stahlbus Bleeder valves?
I'm thinking on buying a set because it can make brake fluid changes much simpler, which is not a bad thing for those who track their car regularly. |

I have never used a speed bleeder however the design of this one looks better than the traditional speed bleeder. The normal ones are said they can draw air past the threads while bleeding but looking at this two piece design it will eliminate this albeit a bit taller in height.

Best part of the design is that you can bleed without repeatedly loosening / tightening the bleeder into the cast caliper body....which after time will wear and leak past the threads. It also avoids the possibility of damaging the bleeder seat due to over-use and over -torqueing the bleeder.
With these, you can install the speed bleeder in the caliper body with thread sealer..and leave in place permanently. Last edited by M2C AW; 01-29-2019 at 10:50 AM.. |

I am looking to get a set of these. Can anyone confirm the thread size I need to get for the 2NH brakes on a M2C?
The Stahlbus site does not seem to list the M2C but it seems like most other BMW models require the M10x1x16mm size. |

Quoting myself here, but can anyone help confirm thread size before I pull the trigger?
