I did not get them yet, but I did look into it and CYBA used to be a popular vendor here but I cant seem to find their thread anymore.

I can't seem to find anything. Apparently the angled ones aren't a good fit. The OEM ones are 18308047194.

I PM'd Cyba. He's in Taiwan. These ones appear to be a clamp style. It's a affordable solution. PM him. He'll get back to you fast.

I’m currently sticking with the stock (non-MPE) exhaust. A Dinan res delete will be installed shortly. This should satisfy MY exhaust needs. One of the first mods I did (in the spirit of “no chrome”) was to replace the tips. A little pricey, but I went with a set of black ceramic coated from SupremePower. Fitment was perfect and they look great IMO. Talk to Andrew. He’ll hook you up.

Appreciate it. I'm looking Black Chrome finish. It appears they only have matte black.

And I still don’t know of any 18s in the correct offset that don’t fit.
A large majority of 18" aftermarket wheels will not clear the brake calipers. The rotors are very large and there is very little clearance. Its conflated even more on the M2C, which will not fit 18" wheels at all due to the same problem.

Sorry, you said 640, and I assumed you were talking about the 640i. My bad.

Sorry, I should have specified: OUR 18" wheels are not confirmed to fit over F8x brakes. However; there are 18" wheels out there that do clear.

Congrats! Honestly not great in the winter though. This will be my 3rd winter. I have Pirelli snows but still a bit challenging.

You can get the black chrome non angled version from the Black Shadow Edition. Have your dealer order the part or buy from Euro vendor.

LOL. We ordered the Black Shadow Edition Tips this morning through the dealership. They are non-angled. They are coming from Europe in 2 to 3 weeks. I'm really happy about this.

Ok, I got winter tires coming, got the Dinan CAI figured out, we ordered the Black Shadow Edition tips, getting the M pedals this weekend and looking to get his car coded.

Now I'm planning ahead. Going to order the VMR 801 19x9.5 et35 all the way around. I've decided to keep the stock Conti's for a later date. What do you guys recommend for tire size and make?

Yea, I remember that from their site. Contact Andrew. I bet they’re the same as for the M3/M4 (just tips after all).

So had a chance to drive the M2 today. Man oh man, was it ever so tempting to see what this M2 can do. Still in the break in period so I left it in Comfort mode and drove it conservatively. I booked the first service in 3 weeks. Apparently they unlock it?? Anyway, this beast Is a very different ride from what I recall the M235 to be. Found the M2 to be "planted" and very responsive. The ride was also much firmer...thank god the roads where we live are in good shape which includes the toll highway that this M2 is typically on.

I was at the dealership this afternoon picking up the M Performance Pedals. The parts guy who we know will was trying to sell me the Dinan exhaust. I got a quote on the Dinan and MPE. The Dinan was about half the price (on sale) but I seem to be leaning towards the MPE.

The MPE is amazing. You really can't put a price on that sound. But you can probably shop around and find a better price for it.

Can't really comment on the Dinan. Haven't heard it in person.

Pretty sure we'll go down the path of the MPE. The more videos I see / hear the more I think this is a must.

Question, I presume you have to buy tips of some sort as the MPE does not come with finished tips? The price for carbon tips alone are $2,000 plus tax in Canada.

Affirmative. Either carbon fiber tips or titanium MPE tips.

Winter Tires and a wash!

Winters got put on today at Tires23. 245's in the front and 255's in the rears. Definitely going to figure out how to fill out the Summer setup.

Managed to squeeze a hand wash in with this warm weather this evening. The neighbours think I've lost it.
