Had this removed from the right rear tire today. Costco did the job, only $10.99 to remove the bolt and patch the tire. It's more than 2 1/4" long, but got lucky and it went straight in, dead center of the tire. Had it gone in at an angle or near the sidewall I'd be looking at a new tire.

Do they stay level while driving or just orient at rest? I guess this would be kind of tough for you to check, huh?

black shadow m2 break in service, dealership wash , and debadged the rear. I have a black m2 badge but I have always liked a clean back end on my cars and have decided to leave it off for now. Wish i could remove the roundel on the trunk and leave the m2, that would be my preference.

Checked on her and found her sleeping soundly! The weather has been great the past two weeks but I've been sick so she stayed tucked in.

I got my Musicar NW level two add a sub, with Rockford fosgate amp (tiny little marine amp, but 450watts) and 10w3v3 JL audio 10" sub w/ fiberglass carpeted enclosure.
Installed it all yesterday and it's definitely easier to install than a generic sub/amp/box combo with wiring kit...but not exactly plug and play. The mounting "plate" is wood (which is actually better for unwanted resonance anyway, but still funny they called it a plate/bracket) and it just sits over the studs the original amp mounting bracket slides into, with a beveled out hole to tighten it down with the 10mm nut from original bracket. The stock amp must be attached with dual lock Velcro (provided with kit) along with ASD amp as well. Though the way I mounted it, I just zip tied the ASD amp to a hole in the frame lol. However, the pre-made wiring harnesses were very well done and everything fit as it should, much easier than having to wire it all yourself. The only thing you have to do is attach the power, ground and signal wires to the amp. Everything looks good and sounds great. Nice deep bass for those times you just need a little more oomph Though now, I will need to add some sound deadening left over from the Bavsound kit and shore up some rattles in the rear speaker deck that the sub have created. Hopefully, it won't prove too much of a chore. Here's some pics of the install and finished product P.S. sorry for the long descriptions in these posts, but I figured someone may find them useful...hopefully |

I got my autotecknic dry carbon mirror caps, Carbon hood, trunk & wheel roundels, and taillight & turn signal tint installed today. Sorry for the dirty wheels, it's been raining here for like a week and a half.

Looks great. I just installed the AutoTecknic dry carbon mirror caps a few days ago myself. I really like they way they look. Nice to have proper looking M mirrors.
