Looking good! How many miles do you have on it? I’m trying to decide how quickly I get mine done (build day 5/18) and hoping for PCD in SC so it would add some time out of town.

Looks great! Can't tell there is PPF on it. How do you like the result?

I'll have my 2 year old M2C LBB done with XPEL in June, bought it used a couple weeks ago. Will touch up the few chips it has before.

Congrats! Looks great.

Looks great and the tint as well. I only did full front XPEL plus rockers, rear splash, pillars, and roof line up to the moonroof. It's already saved my ass with only 700 miles on the car. Heard the ding right on the roof and sure enough the ppf did it's job. Curious to see how much it self heals.

That's a fair price. I also had PPF done 1st week of ownership for $4,000 + $800 to tint all windows including front.

In 8 months I haven't wash the car with soap/suds, only power wash with water then dry. Of all the cars I've owned, this is the easiest car to clean.

$4500 is a steal, car looks great! Ceramic coat will make cleaning a breeze as well.

XPEL Prime blocks 99% UV, but it's still best to ceramic coat on top, as it makes cleaning just that much easier.

Nothing better than XPEL Prime + ceramic coating the whole car. That's absolute WIN.

OP: Not enough peanut butter in the world for how jelly I am. Well done.

Looks good. That is a beautiful color combination that you just do not see enough!

As an aside, this trend of wanting perfect paint is really quite interesting to me. $4,500?!? For a car you'll likely own for 5 years (just looking at averages)?! The next buyer only gets ~4-5 years of "use" out of the film as (I believe) it is a 10-year film - some say less. So what is the point? Do a few rock chips really bother you folks? If so, is everything in your life extremely perfect?

I say raw dog it, get the 5-6 rock chips over 30k miles, and move on.

Yes, I meant to write XPel Ultimate, but now that I'm re-reading the website I can't find how much UV the PPF blocks, only the WF. I remember reading the percentage years ago when they introduced the 10-year no-yellow warranty, but can't find it at the moment. I absolutely know it blocks some UV though, as I've seen it removed and the color difference on the parts that had no PPF.

Rock chips infuriate me, but that's a minor benefit. It's the ease of washing and drying, and zero swirls and marring of the paint that makes it worth it. Takes me 30 minutes to wash and dry my car and it looks PERFECT each time.

It's $4500 for the car to look perfectly brand new for your entire ownership with no worry about bird shit, rock chips, crappy washing technique, some asshole leaning on your car, etc. With 50k miles on it it's going to look better than a car with 500 miles.
