Laguna Seca

What a weekend at Laguna Seca, the car was an absolute champ. Thought I'd share some photos!

I love that racetrack. I used to ride it on my CBR900RR in the 90's. What kind of lap times did the M2C turn in? Sub 2:00 for the 2.24mi circuit?

Nice!
I can't imagine what its like to dive into the corkscrew on four wheels...
We used to ride Sears Point, Thunderhill, Buttonwillow and Seca. Never ventured down south to try out Willow Springs, but I'll bet the M2 would be fun on the Streets tight course.

Enjoy and thanks for the report. Looks like it was a hoot!

yups. without the impromptu painter's tape, you would have track pictures like this.

What group were you with? I know SpeedSF goes down there every so often. I'm waiting for the next sign up.

Very nice! Did you upgrade brake lines and run high temp fluid? If not, how did the brakes hold up?

dB limit

Looks like you had a blast. Did you run into any issue with the decibel limit? I have a 2018 M2 and am hitting a track event this weekend. I am curious if that sound limit is a problem and if I will need to lift or short shift near turn 6. All of my exhaust is stock.

Awesome thanks!

If anyone has the OG M2 with similar experience let me know. I will try to put a post in the OG M2 forum as well.

You will not at all come near the 90db limit in the M2C. It's REALLY quiet.
