M2 N55 over revs/boosts between shifts

I've had my 18' M2 for a few months now and have an interesting problem.

The car is currently running BM3 stage 2 93 tune.

In comfort mode only between shifts at around >60% throttle when clutching in the RPM's will jump up.
Example: 2-3 shift at WOT, clutch in at 5500 RPM the RPM will jump to 6000+ RPM. Definitely doesn't feel safe. It does not happen in sport or sport+ only comfort. Also didn't occur with the stock tune flashed.

I have a feeling this might have to do with the diverter valve but any input would be great. (Not sure if my car has stock DV or not)

Just a clutch delay valve (CDV) delete. Happened before removing it though. And no amplification of the issue after being removed.

i recommend you reach out to bm3 help directly.

Reached out to BM3 with datalogs and they said boost spikes are normal when you let off throttle. Waiting to hear back from them since I attached this video now.

Each time you see the RPM’s jump is when I clutch in. Also forgot to mention in original post that I have a CDV delete.

I'd run ISTA to check first and re-calibrate the throttle.
If the issue remains, check plugs and injectors. Logs would help

Update 3/7/24:

Recieived a test map from BM3 and the issue is resolved. Great support as always!
