People will put their name on anything. I respect how my new car director does it.

We take a $1000 deposit. On your receipt we put a number. Make a copy of the receipt and the CA gets the copy. The customers name goes in the book and you get a call once you can modify the vehicle.

Not ALL dealerships are bad as much as some people think.

I agree 100% I'm #1 with 1000 bucks deposit offered at MSRP. Also it depends how many allocations dealers will get! Wait could be few months or even longer.
