Tuning DCT - gear shift speed

I am looking to reduce the upshift and downshift speed of all non-normal driving modes to that of the normal driving mode. I would like to do this mainly to improve the longevity of the unit, as I track the car car 6-7 weekends a year and don't mind losing a few tenths of a second per lap.

Would appreciate any insight that people can share on how to accomplish this. I'm running a stock car without a tune, MY 2018.

The slower and smoother the shift, the more it wears the clutch. As far as I can tell, and I have looked quite a bit at the e9x and f8x gen forums, the DCT has been very solid.
