the M2 is selling 12-15,000 a year now.

the M4 outsells the M3 by anywhere between 5:1 and 8:1.

i'd say by estimate that there are more M2s being sold than M3s and more M4s then either....but the M2 is not "rare" compared to genuinely 'rare' M cars like the Z3M, Z4M, 1M, etc....if anything the M2 is one of the volume leaders of the M range---with volume being increased constantly.

It would help if BMW published detailed numbers about this stuff but to my knowledge they don't.

I see M4's every once in awhile.

I hardly ever see M2's.

Really? I see M2s pretty frequently...I definitely agree there are more M4s than M2s but volume wise the M2 cannot be considered rare...if anything the F80 M3 is likely rarer.

If you look at E92 and E90 production numbers just to get an idea; less than 10,000 M3 sedans (mostly sold in the US) were made and around 40,000 coupes in total globally. They've already made over 12-15,000 M2s and that number will be over 25k by the end of production...

I could see the hood sticker being cool, if it were super ghostly, like if BMW made it the same color as each of the cars, but a shade or tint darker or lighter. The rest is meh, and at full tilt, um, no.

I got the sticker pack. I LOVE it. I'm this four-eyed, Asian dork. Imagine Ken Jeong, but 1/4th as suave and sexy. And yet, when I get in my M2C, rocking these decals... I feel like I've risen to 1/2 as cool as Ken Jeong.

Once apon a time I saw a Hockenheim M2C on the 8 East coming up in my rear view mirror with black stripes. It looked so bad ass! I think since Hockenheim isn't an in your face color, it works. I think LBB is already flashy enough but the Mustang Mach I in me loves the stripes.
