Auto rev matching not working!?
Hey guys lately my 2020 m2 competitions Auto rev match has not been catching. Anyone else experience this?? By not working I mean when I don't shift instead of having it rev match when I down shift it doesn't work and it acts just like a normal downshift. Happens pretty much on the daily. Anyone have this issue?? And yes it's on sports+ nothing else on or off

Strange. The only way I am aware of to get it not to auto rev match is to turn traction control all the way off. It's the first thing I do when I turn the car on. Kind sux though when you want to use cruise control or if it's wet outside.

check your driving habits or ways you drive. I noticed this with my m2c after a few days that sometimes it would engage and sometimes it wouldn't
the rev match feature seams to be activated for a period of time after you press the clutch in. for example sometimes I'm coasting in 6th and i am getting ready to turn into my neighborhood. I would press the clutch in and just coast for awhile to save fuel / why not...for a long period of time, the entire time I am holding the clutch down and slowing down via coasting or brake. Then when i go to shift into second right before the turn it wouldn't rev match. now instead of above, coasting in 6th. press the clutch in to coast. this time, put the car in neutral so you can let your foot off the clutch. coasting / braking. now time to turn in...press the clutch in and shift into 2nd and it'll rev match. As long as I keep in mind to release the clutch in neutral to coast then press the clutch in and go into gear it will always rev match. hope this is your issue. if not, then yea somethings sounds wrong |

Haven't changed my driving style at all and this never occured in my OG M2 when I had it. It happens in city driving when I'm constantly shifting up and down shifting. |

Good! Makes both of us. You can either drive, or not. The nannies can only cover up so much of your incompetence. It's quite simple.
