Help Me Replace My Spark Plugs
2019 M2C here with ~32k miles. Never changed the spark plugs and I’m overdue for my 30k miles service schedule. Could someone please link me to the right spark plugs I should be getting? I’ve search, but there were so many options from different folks.
Car is NOT tuned…yet. Will probably go more than Stage 1. Thanks in advanced! |

Stick with the OEM spark plugs and make sure they are gapped properly from the box. No need to go colder plugs or tighter gap especially if you're stock tune. Once you get to Stage 1 or higher, I'd follow the tuner's recommendation VS follow what people say online.

P/N: 12-12-0-039-634 - you’ll need 6 of them. Also a thin walled 12 point 14mm socket is necessary for removal/installation.

This popped up as an alternate offering from Bosch. Are these OK? https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...sch-0242145541 |

My buddy as well. Stage 1 tune for 4 years now, tracks his car as well.
No issues.

If your wallet's feel a bit too heavy then go for it. Otherwise stick to buying OEM.

There is an updated part number for the non-M version that has a more durable ceramic or something and both FCP and Bimmerworld are shipping the old version according to user reports posted here and my personal experience with bimmerworld. |
