Rear wheels for drifting

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying an additional set of rear wheels just for drifting and am wondering if this set will A) fit and B) what effect they might have on driveability, driftability, feel, handling, safety, etc.

Current OEM set up:

Tire
265/35ZR19

Wheel
10Jx19 ET40

New set up:

Tire
245/40/19

Wheel
9.5x19 ET30

Will this work?

Thanks guys.

I'm currently looking for drift rear wheels as well, I'm looking forward to the answers! but i'm thinking of going for 18s ( I have the normal brakes and not the 2NH bigger brakes).
