Considering Style 230's for my Winter set. Issues?

Hey guys, I have always loved the Style 230 BMW wheel, and since I need an inexpensive Winter set I thought I might pick some up, but I'm wondering if the style of wheel itself would cause issues with the brakes. They are 19's, and an inch narrower front and rear, but with the offsets I could always add spacers. What do you think?

Stock specs:
19 x 9 +29
19 x 10 +40

Style 230 specs:
19 x 8 +37
19 x 9 +39

Just bolting them on the front will be 5mm further out, which is good, and the rear would be 14mm further out from the strut, which is good also. Both will poke less, so spacers could easily be added as well.

I did a quick photoshop to see how they would look. I think they look much thinner than this in real life though.
