No it wouldn't, I've done the USB iDrive update every time there is a new iPhone model and it never effected any of my coding.

A full OBD i-Step update from a dealership would reset everything though.

10mm drop I believe, but they are adjustable so you can lower if you want.

put on the third carbon fiber item. side by side pre installation of the yomato carbon side grills. Now have their front grills, mirror caps and side grills. Side skirts and diffuser currently being made then shipped and installed!

So...yeah I just ordered the last set of Vorsteiner vff-106 19x9.5 et22 19x10.5 et34 in carbon graphite. They'll be here next Wednesday.

Then, I picked up these Michelin MP4S 265/30 & 295/30 lol 😂 They don't make a 285/30/19, so I guess I'm gonna have to shoehorn these suckers on in back.

I'll also be ordering a set of KW V3 with Vorshlag or ground control camber plates and potentially some fall line rear camber shims

This is lovely! I am surprised at how narrow the track is compared to the tracks I frequent most often.

I think I need to do a “tracks of Europe” trip before I die . . .

Thanks! I'm used to American circuits, so I think the opposite "wow, this is wide!!" haha, it's all relative I suppose.

So which tracks are you used to??

Got it all ready for the Summer. VMR 801 in Titanium Black. I have the stock tires on. Will drive them for a season and I'll dress them up next summer with the Michelin's.

Replaced the badge in black. Put on some M valve caps and some BMW Floating Caps.

The three I drive most frequently are Le Circuit Mont Tremblant, Calabogie Motorsports Park (relatively new Alan Wilson circuit), and Mosport.

Just used bimmercode for the first time.
- Updated Nav to ID6 lite
- Deactivated active sound
-Turned on closing window option with the Key Fob(annoying because you can roll down but not up with the key fob) OOO BMW👎😔

Certainly did, due to the much cheaper cost. In the end though they didn't look quite right to me. A few others on this forum had already tried those out and still ended up going with the full retrofit so they must have thought the same. IMO there's just no substitute for the real deal!

I spent a day at Hockenheimring Grand Prix circuit with my M2. Lots of fast cars and chased a white M4. He should have been faster. Also got blown out by a bunch of sweet Porsches'. Good day. Motorsports Gods smiled on us.

Very happy. First track day of season was on Sunday... the car cornered like it was on rails. Camber and alignment was dialled in perfectly by the guys at SCR Performance, CO.

Re ride height, it's a conservative drop when left in stock settings (see below pics) but I'm thinking I'll probably bring it down a touch more. Then again, I don't want to deal with rubbing, and this height has been flawless on track and on highway.

That's what I'm hoping. From what I've seen other people running, I think I can do this with the right alignment and height settings. I may have to trim the rear fender liner some, but that's fine if I have to.
