I am thinking about getting a 19/9 and 19/10 set of these wheels for my M2.

Does anyone have experience with these wheels?

Thanks in advance.

The thing I like about these wheels is the replaceable stainless steel rim protectors.

Not sure. Just found out that they are about 4 pounds heavier per wheel. Love the scuff guards though. Had them on my BBS CH-Rs on my old M235i.

Would love to get CH-Rs again but they only come in 19X8.5 and 19X9.5 in M2 fitment.

CIRs also have the replaceable rim guard and they come with better offsets I believe.
My unsolicited advice is go for a forged wheel.
Having the bbs CIRs before my current forged wheels, I realized that the car absolutely feels different in turn in and braking.

I admittedly got caught up in the bbs brand but then I realized you can get a set of forged titan7s, apex, or bimmerworld wheels that weigh 4-5 pounds less for the same cost as cast bbs wheels. They did look pretty cool though

I second this, I love BBS wheels in general but their cast stuff is notably heavier than other wheels and makes a noticeable difference in how the car handles. Compared to M2 factory wheels the BBS are about 4lbs heavier per corner.

So I ordered these wheels yesterday. They should arrive in about 4 weeks.

Hmm. I ordered the CC-Rs the beginning of last month. I was informed by my supplier that delivery is now scheduled for the end of February.

So I have switch to CI-Rs in 19X9.5 and 19X10.5. They should show up by the end of the year. I hope I don’t need to roll my fenders so that they don’t rub. BBS says they are “tuner fit” and may require rolling of fenders.
