Just took a DCT M2C out at the M Town Tour here as well. I can echo everything from the first post. No doubt it was faster than my OG M2. The DCT was a pleasure to drive but I missed the manual almost immediately, even if I'll never shift as fast as the dual clutch. We're lucky we have options for these things. Seats felt much more comfortable in the M2C as well, but the sound was definitely not as nice as the N55. The diff felt like it behaved differently, with the car rotating more on exit. They really let you beat on these cars so I highly recommend you check it out if you can reserve a city near you. I had the M2C and M5C for about 30-40 minutes each.

FYI...seats are plug and play if you can find a set. Not only do they hold you in place better, the seating position is a bit lower, which helps if you are 6ft/1.8M+
I do much prefer them over the OG seats as well. |

Great review and straight to the point without any BS about mirrors , seats Etc.
I also drove the M2C at the dealers, although not track tested. Road drive comparison, much in the muchness compared to my LCI DCT, which is my daily. Could not live with the farty exhaust note on the C, compared to the awesome sound track of the MPE on my baby. |
