Bought it July 13, 2019

8,500 miles

Drive a 2001 Subaru Legacy Wagon to work 2-3 days a week, and rainy days too.

Easier to keep the M2C clean!

Clean the wheels about 3 times a week though.

Good therapy.

EuroDel July then took stateside delivery in October at 7500 miles. Should spike up when it gets nicer.

Get out and drive guys! To those worried about winter conditions I daily drive mine. I swapped out the MPSS for a set of Pirelli Sottozero winters. So far so good. No real snow to speak of yet but, they are designed for the winter weather. Lots more grip in the cold. Just my $.02.

10,500km. Did 7,500km in Europe when I picked it up in July, and had shoulder surgery in December otherwise I think this would be higher!

I'm only at 4800. I bought the car in June for work because I needed 'reliable transportation' and was planning on racking up the miles. If I had to drive so much for work, I wanted to be happy while doing it, so the M2 made sense. (I was also looking for a 1LE Camaro or a PP2 Mustang). Well, I ended up not taking that job, but still had this cool car. Most of the miles are from taking it on long weekend road trips to California. But since I'm in aircraft maintenance, I decided not to drive this car to work. I don't really work on jets now, but I still could and I don't want to get my cute little midlife crises Bimmer dirty.

I'm keeping everything for this car nice. The manuals, the keys, window sticker, publications with photos of an M2C, die cast cars, you name it, if I got it, it's staying nice. I don't know why, I don't think this car is going to appreciate, but I still think it's cool. I think they made far fewer M2s compared to M3s and M4s. So maybe this car will go down in history like the E46 M3 ZCP cars.

Hopefully they do! Although my example will probably have tons of miles by the time that happens! lol. I used to club race. CCS in the north east. Fun times.

I'm at 1136 and given the nice weather, will be close to 1200, just in time for my Friday break-in service

Weather is going to be good on Sat so I'm taking her out again this weekend!

Hoping to add another 100 miles or so.

This weekend will be fantastic, especially since my break-in service will be done on Friday. I will get to have more fun (i.e., revs) this weekend

I'm so excited about this weekend. We're going to have high 40's, almost 50F. So jealous you're doing BIS. I'm still stuck below 5K RPMs, lol.

This winter has been terrific (ok, maybe not from a climate change perspective), with many, many days above 42 (my threshold for the M2C's tires). Even driving just 2-3 days a week, I've logged 1200 miles in 2 months.

I have been going on many drives with no destination in mind when I can.
