M2 Akrapovic Sports Cat with MPE
I currently have the MPE on my M2 which I love, and produces a decent soundtrack as well . However recently I have been looking at the Akrapovic sports cat. I was just wondering if I could get some feedback on the Akrapovic sports cat off anyone - is there any noticeable perfomance gains? What is the sound like, in particular if anyone has it paired with the MPE as well would be brilliant as this is the set up I would be looking at. At £1500 it's not the cheapest gamble to take without getting some honest reviews from owners! Have also looked at the Fabspeed option, but I am more set on the Akrapovic with it being easier and quicker to purchase here in the UK as well. Cheers

Hi,
Catted downpipe will add a nice tone increase without being too much. It also will not product any fuel smell. Power gains are dedendant on your tune. Ranges from 10-35 more HP Any reason why you chose Akrapovic catted over the other brands?

Get the milltek. I have it.
Same 300cel HJS core. Passed my MOT emissions. £250-300 cheaper than the Akra name. Sounds great with stock exhaust. Freed up a bit of power that you get used to quickly . |
