ID6 is for the touchscreen version in the MY18, lite is not beta, it's just a little light, no touchscreen data,

Did my ID6 today using BimmerCode. Great result and very easy.

ID6 Is basically a different skin to ID5. Tiles are live and everything else works as ID5.

If you are going to from ID4 to 5/6 yes you lose nav and a couple other items but pretty sure it can be fixed with Retro fit FSC's

If you check HU_NBT2, there are two parameters.

One dictates ID4 vs ID5.
Second is pictured in post #21.

The only loss is screensaver.

I know for sure. Any vehicle fitted with HU_NBT2 also has 4G sim & ATM ECU (new Telematic module vs older TCB).

I still do not recommend updating native ID4++ HU_NBT_Evo to ID5/ID6 due to half the memory.

EDIT: Plus, it is possible, but you must first remove FSC's, update, and then install new set. But, see point above.

The options on my iDrive are completely different from what you posted. You made assumptions. Don't you think I did RTFM first.
