BMW F87 M2 Competition with Genuine BMW M Performance Titanium Sport Rear Muffler

After a long consideration and research, the following parts were chosen to upgrade this BMW F87 M2 Competition.

- Genuine BMW F87 M2 Competition M Performance Titanium Alloy Sport Rear Exhaust muffler
- Genuine BMW M Performance Carbon Fibre Rear Diffuser

Job was done nicely and results were amazing.
Pleased to be able to share some photos of the process.

Thanks for sharing. Glad I got mine port installed. Looks like an easy go with a lift but I don't have that kind of height to comfortably get under the car like this in my garage... Need to raise the opener.

Anybody knows if the MPE from M3/M4 will fit on a M2C?

Wait, so they had an opportunity to fabricate this exhaust and do away with the droopy diaper look the OE muffler has, and they decided to actually make it a bit lower then then accentuate it with Laser Engraving !!!!!

Sorry, just my opinion, but it better sound like a 10 cylinder F1 car or add a bunch of power. Again, just my opinion and for those that have this installed, no offense at all....its your car, not mine. So, actually been looking at the Dinan exhaust that also removes the resonator and adds an X pipe removing the raspy S55 exhaust note. Also, they use the existing OE flap valves and remove the droopy diaper look.

Pics and video below.

Looks like the performance muffler is $3,450 and the Dinan is $2,078 shipped. Now, I guess I could spend $5K on Akropovic.....
