Here is how it works:
I called. They listened. They called and I listened. $3150 ish credit for me. But I also bought 2, 2 CS's so that's why. In any case, I couldn't be happier with their services.

2 business days after I called and I got an email with the M Drivers pack voucher and another email with the Owner Return voucher. Going to see how I can apply them both.

Apparently it's because I bought the CS when I returned my F80. I actually returned my F80 M3 Comp a month later but the dealer loved the Tanzanite/Silverstone combo and 24K miles.
So I got the $1550 for the M Drivers package on the CS and the $895 for the Owner Return towards any M driving experience. They also waived my $350 disposition fee on the F80 and applied $250 low mile lease loyalty credit to my first CS payment. I paid MSRP, but got $1,495 I wasn't expecting! The CS is making me money already. |

Seems like it may be a dealership issue regarding the differences in lag time for getting the voucher. |

Well, this is becoming quite a hassle for me now. I bought my car on January 27th. I have received marketing emails, survey emails, and even a call regarding my BMW experience, thus far. I called the PC on 3/30 and gave my VIN, email, name, and phone number. I was told I would get a call back within a day or two and the email(s) shortly after. As of today, I have nothing in hand.

I'm using mine for Indy Speedway with the mighty M4 GT4. What a day that's gonna be. Solo in the car, not sharing.
Also later in the day Bill Auberlen will be taking us around the track as will Mike Renner. Can't wait! Long Live BMW Motorsports and keep putting on amazing events like this one.

Well, I called the PC again and was placed on hold for quite some time. Talked to a very good rep by the name of Phillip who apologized for not getting the information to me sooner. Received $849 loyalty and $1550 M driver's package codes in email. Was told there was no excuse for taking 3 months and multiple attempts to get the information from BMW.

I also got the loyalty credit and addition to my am drivers package. I haven't called back yet to see what my options are.
