Escort Redline 360 detector and M2 camera difficulties

2020 CS, though I assume the Bluetooth connection is the same across all iDrive 6 platforms. iOS 15.0.2 software on 13 Pro Max.

I know the drive smarter app is crap at the moment and hopefully improves with future updates. Prior to the M2 camera install yesterday the Bluetooth connectivity from the phone to the camera was subpar at best. I have a 360 max in my Tacoma and no Bluetooth to the car, I have no issues with the detector connecting to the Escort Live app.

I can't get the detector to connect now in the escort live app or the drive smarter app. The camera connects and I can adjust setting, but not view any footage on the phone.

I have played with the Bluetooth delay feature on the detector and that seemed to help prior to the camera install.

Hopefully someone has a work around for this set up.
