Pretty good evolution. I don't think it's too much muffler. I think it looks cool

The E90 M3 shows more muffler than the M2C so it seems.

Rear bumper designs have never been a strong spot on M-cars, IMO.

Maybe the best is the E82 1M?

Everything else is either too plain, or too busy with unnecessary creases.

That's only for Europe. US cars don't need the new particle filter and won't have a huge muffler like that.

A few thoughts come to mind:

"Nice ass."

I'd be curious so see the effects on aero dynamics visually in a wind tunnel based on these different rear ends.

They look the same.

Except parking sensors.

Shadows on the M2 bumper.

Maybe the defuser is slightly different.

Ok same bumpers, so must be the picture angle, M2 looks like a bit curved bottom line while M2C is straight

Idk, something about 1M's bite-size figure and unique look makes it more appealing, IMO..

Not that there is anything wrong with the M2's rear end, also..

The 2er M Coupe has a better looking face.

And the 1er M Coupe has the better looking ass no doubt about it.
