There is no minimum drop.

For a street car BMW specs are 595/600. A lot of guys, like myself run them even lower than that without issue. Most keep the rake.

Race cars are completely different animal.

The height you choose depends on your specific use.

What I meant is, stock ride height of my car is 620F/620R.
I'd like to drop no more than 10mm front and rear since there is a big ramp in front of my house. What is the minimum drop if I put KWv3 on and set the front to max recommended height?

Where does that 595/600 spec come from, please? Given that the OEM ride height is apparently 620/620?

Sorry, just saw this.

There is no max recommended height that I know of, but BMW saw fit to have the car 620/620 from the factory so I would imagine it'd be fine with your KWV3.

It's what BMW recommends when lowering the car for street/track.

From my experience, I can’t go higher than 598mm on the back, KW sells spring spacers to solve this specific situation. Front, although I have not tried it, has a lot of range of adjustments left so should not be a problem.
