NJ dealer M2 allocations

I placed a deposit on July 20th at high volume dealer in NJ, and am #6 on their list. Like everyone else, I cannot wait to get my M2.

Does anybody have insight on the next round of allocations? Worth putting a deposit at other dealerships in the area? I don't really have a timeframe of when I need the car, but I would like to get it ASAP.j

Next round will likely come out second week of September for Oct/Nov/Dec builds for Nov/Dec/Jan delivery.

It is unlikely your dealer will get six cars for that batch though, so you're likely looking at the following batch coming mid-December for Feb/Mar/April delivery.

Typical wait times for anyone signing up now is about 12-18 months depending on the dealer.
