Used a 1/16" bit, but started with a smaller diameter one to get the hole started. There isn't too much room to work with.
One photo shows the holes Second one shows the the old and new bracket next to each other (to double check fitment of this printed bracket) Third one shows the little posts to match to the drilled holes on the charger unit. I used a piece of paper and traced the hole locations on the OEM bracket and then did my best to match it up against the printed bracket and drilled away. Was surprised to see this, but glad it was there as it fits very securely. So far no breakage on the bracket. |

Thank you very much SteveC90. I just upgraded my armrest wireless charger in my BMW i3. I have got Samsung Note9 and your modification fits properly. You are Great Man!!! Greatings from Poznan in Poland .
