Cooling fan noise
So every time I get back home and shut off the car, the cooling fans are running normally. Last couple of times I have noticed a buzzing sound (like a leaf is stuck somewhere), and it doesnt sound normal. Is this something to be concerned about? See video link, taken from the front lower grill and ends at the top (open hood). Sounds is prominent only from front grill area.

Id remove a few things to try to see where the noise really is coming from. Not hard to do, remove carbon brace and right side intake and the fan is right there so you can see if there is some debris on the fan or if the noise really is coming from the fan. I think without getting close to the source you not going to really know.

not sure what mode you drive in but if you do sport plus I am pretty sure it will kick in the cooling system faster

Yeah, I'm always in Sport and I shift at pretty high revs during my normal driving so the fan is usually on when I get in the garage. Will try and hear it today, but will do S+

An easy way to get the fan running is if you shut the car off after a bit of driving but before it's warmed up. The cats / turbos / exhaust manifold will be hot because the cold start cycle, so the fan will come on.
