Thoughts on this strut bar?

So the M3/4 carbon brace retrofit conversion is doable albeit very expensive, though you can go used market potentially.

I've only seen one person ever mention this bar on any forum for the M2.

There's an aluminium version and a version that is wrapped in CF for style, still aluminium core I believe.

Price is more reasonable and looks well made from pictures.

Thoughts?

The problem is that the M2 already has a big beefy steel brace that bolts between the strut tops and the firewall - and uses stretch bolts that require quite a bit of effort to do up fully.

So the one in the link is superfluous.

Same problem if you're looking to increase the chassis stiffness. Plus, the other 2 series cars also have steel braces under the plastic covers...
