Geico raises CO insurance rates
My monthly insurance premium with Geico suddenly raised from $111 to $134.
Called them up and they said it's because of "rising costs to insure drivers in Colorado". They said other insurers were doing the same thing. This sounds like pure BS to me... a $23 rise per month is a fairly steep increase in my view. Anyone else on here with Geico and have the same thing happen? |

Yeah it may have some mods! Dinan Stage 4! Do you mean whether they'll cover the parts if something was to happen? I'd need to look into that one thanks.

Just an update here, I actually rang Geico this week to check in on the process if I get mods and need it covered. They said it's no issue, just tell them the value of the mods and they increase the premium accordingly. No need to provide receipts or anything. They said my 6-month premium would increase around $40 if I did $5000 worth of mods. Pretty good result IMO.
