Yeah it's hard to pick a best because sound is so subjective.
For me intake wise I like the Turner motorsport intake, because it sounds super good and doesn't cause CEL's due to its specifically engineered tube designed to match factory MAF scaling. For exhaust, there are alot of good ones and alot of bad ones. I haven't upgraded exhausts yet.

I've had MPE and Dinan. Dinan was better sound with no drone. MPE drones, sounds good at low speeds.
