Greetings all, Im new to this forum and I've recently purchased and M2 OG and it came with the MPE however it suffers the common dreaded exhaust tip death rattle on cold starts and occasional rattle at low RPM when driving and its doing my head in.

I managed to get x3 of the carbon tips off and tried the Aluminium tape trick and it as calmed down greatly however the 4th tip grub screw is completely rounded off which was a nice surprise so I cant get it off.

I have tried hex bold removers but looking at the screw it is totally rounded, there is just no way to get any traction on the screw.

I was thinking a left spiral (left hand) drill bit to try and drill it out but don't want to ruin the tip as they are pretty expensive and doubt I could buy x1 on its own.

I purchased as a used approved car from a BMW dealer but I highly doubt this sort of thing would be covered unless anyone can advise me otherwise.

Any ideas would be appreciated
