Where can I go to have my DME pulled, unlocked and reinstalled in MA, NH area?

I realize this post is 3 years old but is Turner still an option? I did Google search on Turner and states their no longer doing customer cars.

Turner no longer is servicing BMW's.

I had my DME programmed at Bren Tuning
