Jan 2021 Update

Have a Custom BM3 Tune in progress with Cary Jordan,

Current Flywheel Est MAX HP/TQ=593/541.

Max boost recorded is 26.5lbs on 93 Pump/10% Ethanol.

Still waiting on the new Active Autowerkes valved Axleback exhaust.

I'm glad I waited and expect it to sound great with my Wagner Euro HFC's & AA Single Midpipe. I'll try to get some sound clips after its on.

Researching running Nitto NT-01's on my 18" Apex rims. Looks like the 18x11's ET44 will be a close fit with the 305/35's in back and I'll run the 275/35's up from on my 10" SM-10's.

Still working on dialing in proper front camber with the TCK plates. Looks like 3.3 to 3.4 will be about right with the NT-01's.

TC's Koni's are a tad firmer, but smoother on softest street settings (running firmer spg combo 400/700), but are awesome for track/auto x work..

Also finished dialing in my MATCH 7 DSP 1400W Amp. Very impressed with final results. Especially from the OEM subs now that they are getting enough power and have been tuned on the DSP Equalizer. I use their WIFI adapter to hook up my laptop to the MATCH 7.

That's it for now....Can't wait for this COVID crap to finally be over so I can instruct with the regional clubs again.

Best,
HAZMAT

Great write up.. thanks man! I shamelessly will admit I check out great builds like this to look for ideas on what to apply to mine! *laugh*

Are the RPI ram air scoops worth it? Looking at their website right now, and assuming using the M3/M4 models. Still running stock airbox at this point, but looking at the BMC air filter and removing the charcoal filter you mentioned doing as well.

On our S55 M2C's the airbox intakes that exit the filter boxes do not attach to the open radiator sides LIKE THEY DO IN THE F80/82'S.. I had to cut the holes and then I wrapped my intake pipping with duct tape to enclose it.

The intake ducts are open and pulling hot air from the engine compartment so modifying it this way certainly won't hurt

This thread should explain everything:

The close up one is with my cell on the ground.

The tips are some Chinese CF knockoffs.

The last shot is with the OEM muffler so you can see the differences...

Sure sounds great. Cold Start Up is "look at me" stuff
