Hi everyone,

Please see attached pictures. I have the stock PSS tires.

The tread on my tires looks kinda bad and my car only has 6K miles. I've only driven on normal roads and it is not tracked.

Just wondering if anyone here has similar looking tread?

I'm not seeing anything wrong here?

That's what tires look like on the norm

Looks like normal wear from hard cornering. Did you do a track day?

No tracking and only has 6K miles.

The wear seems bad. Can't believe the quality of these tires.

Not sure your experience with performance oriented vehicle tires?

The Michelin PSS tires are an Ultra-High Performance Sport Summer Tire. They are built with traction and performance in mind. They have a softer rubber compound to allow for better traction and due to this they will wear out faster than an typical all-season tire.

Your tires look perfectly normal for the kind of tire they are.

Nothing wrong here, seriously. The edge compound is pretty damn soft, so you can expect it to look like that after just a few thousand miles. If you had CUP tires, even if you drive normal, it would be much worse.

When you get a new set of tires, choose the PS4S and it'll be lessened, as the edge blocks are slightly harder, especially as the tire wears. It's one of the reason the wet performance is so much better (again, as the tire wears).

Thanks for confirming!

Don't worry everything looks fine, just don't look at your tires after you do a track day

Only put 25 miles on them and they look like this.

After about 300 miles, they looked like this.
