XHD vs BM3 CS DCT transmission

Can anyone comment on the differences between XHD vs BM3 CS DCT tuning on a F87 M2C?

In particular any difference in manual shifting (eg. faster/harder shifts)? I understand XHD has different auto shift points but I mainly shift manually.
