Sorry don't have experience with the V2 or ohlins! Cant compare. Only over stock. When I did my research when I first got them I found people definitely went with the V3 aka bmw m performance coils over the V2, but with ohlins I'm not really sure. Seemed 50/50

These are really great coilovers! Ohlins are a great choice too, but they don't go as low as the M Perf. Multiple adjustments can be comfortable and adjusted for track use. Would totally do it again on my end.
