Used 2018 BMW M2

I have been shopping for a 2018 BMW M240i but the inventory in Canada seems to be very limited especially for options and trim that I'm looking for...

Black Dakota Leather
HK sound system

Seems to be hard to hit even just those two options a lot of red leather interiors.

So I thought I would start looking at the 2018 M2...all of the options I'm looking for seem to come standard and in Canada it looks like so does the Executive package.

Pricing wise they are a bit more expensive but at this point it might be the better move with the base M2 having everything I want.

There are currently two potential prospects and I would like to get your feedback on potential pricing discounts on these units...

2018 BMW M2, Black Sapphire Metallic, MPE, Executive Package - 18,000 KM - $52,000 CAN

2018 BMW M2, Mineral Grey Metallic, MPE, Executive Package - 43,000 KM - $50,000 CAN

Both come with 2 years BMW Warranty remaining on them.

I have read some posts about discounts on new vehicle being between 5-10% off MSRP but how much would you expect to get on a used vehicle similar to the ones I listed above.

Why buy a 2018 when if you get a 2019 it will be a competition model?

If I were you I'd wait a bit, they will be desperate to get anything out the door pretty soon, wait till the virus reclusion hits them even harder

I got around 13% rebate before tax and transport fee for a brand new 2018 in August 2018.

yeah I was thinking the same...would this hit new purchases more than the used market?

Just bumping up this thread I'm still in the market and found this one...

https://www.autotrader.ca/a/bmw/m/la...8&sprx=500

2018 M2 CPO with 31,000 KM just under $50,000 CAN.

I think the asking price may has some wiggle room thoughts? Financing rate looks to be 4.99% which I thought CPO may have a bit more of a competitive finance rate but I guess that's not the case with the M2.

Hi,

Unfortunately, CPO doesn't mean the car hasn't been in an accident and it doesn't guarantee that it's in the best shape. Even if it's certified, check it carefully. I'm looking for a 2016 CPO M2 in Alberta, btw.
