Not surprising...people drop off the list for a variety of reasons (got a car sooner from another list, changed mind, etc). I believe Monterey is selling them at $5K markup too (at least that's what they told me in Feb. when their list was short). You should confirm.

When did they make that official. Called yesterday said we have no official stance as if yet but the 1st one will be marked up. The rest unsure

Just shot an email to the Monterey SA to ask about allocation and market adjustment and he responded that there is no new information on allocation and it's too early to determine whether there will be market adjustment to the price. Sounds like they say one thing to someone and something else to another.

That's exactly what I was told just for reference. The chances of getting one even at the #7 slot is probably unlikely it seems. Hoping I'm wrong but I'll keep looking

Sorry. My mistake. The first allocation was sold at $4995 over MSRP. I asked for a clarification on the markup on their upcoming allocations and the CA was not sure how much.

Called Niello. While he said they hadn't received any yet he said they never mark up their cars and are sold at MSRP. I put myself on their list but he couldn't tell me how many people were already on it.

I guess I'm not sure how good a conversation it was......
