The 2-series coupe isn't a big seller. I live in Gothenburg and I see a few per week, and most are not M235i's but 220d.
Coupes in general isn't that popular in Sweden. I hardly see any 4-series either except Gran Coupes.

So true so freaking true so maybe ill be lucky but i will go to my dealer and see what price he can offer me haven't had the time really yet due to so much stuff at work i have been doing overtime 3-4 hours every day for the past 2-3 weeks.

But soon maybe if he says good enough price he might hook me

Thank you and early congrats to yourself!

Hopefully your dealer will order the car ASAP so you get an early production date. Otherwise, ask him to put a "priority" mark on the car. In that way they handle the car much faster in Halmstad(arrival port for swedish bmw-cars).

And yes!! Would be great fun!! until then...painful wait.

Hi All,

My first post in this forum.
Just want to reply to this post, that me and my brother both ordered two M2 cars with identical configuration and color
The cars will be delivered to Holmgrens Bil in Jönköping but will be driven i Växjö there we live.
Big thanks to Andreas at Holmgrens Bil in Jönköping.
At this stage we await the confirmation for production week - March/April.

Configuration;
- Alpinweiss
- Glas sunroof
- Darker windows
- Driver's package

Best Regards
Robert

According to my info, M2 deliveries to customers start from April 16, 2016 onwards.

M2 production has started earlier this month, but those are dealer demo M2s.

Yeah I believe so too. However my dealers demo has a production date in feb, week 6. So I will probably get a later production week.

I still hope my delivery to be no later than late-may.

Nice and congratz!!

I would recommend the "Genomlastningslucka" its 1900kr I think and it gives you a 40/20/40 split in the back with armrest in the middle. It really makes it more comfortable and practical in the back

btw, where do you live? sthlm here!

Backseat? Nah, don't have any use for that and if anyone does climb back there it will be at their own risk

Örebro, btw tack for your original post in this thread- I got close to your %

It is a lot easier to have folding seats if you want to buy something big, transport the winter wheels etc. It is not for comfort for any passengers. But if you have another car for that it is not needed.

without the genomlastningslucka the backseats have no armrest in the middle...so it adds comfort for passengers in the back

To be honest, no one wants to ride in that backseat.

The same here, I just added it to be able to fold the seats if I buy a TV, need to move some wheels etc.

Yes, with a bit of luck we can get march production and our cars in early april. My winter beater needs to be inspected in March and also road tax in March so it would be nice to just sell it instead of paying more money for that piece of junk!
