I love this car

Yes it has it's quirks and can be a bit clunky at times. But it's so freaking awesome. Looks classy, and strong, and bad ass at the same time. It wants to be a hooligan and be insane. You can mash on the gas and it's so composed and in control. Sounds so rad especially when you're WOT. It's just a blast to drive, and sit in, and look at. On and on and on. You knew this.

I'll chime in here. Yes, I think I fall deeper in love with this car every time I get in. Took my buddy to lunch today who owns a 991 Carrera, he's blown away every time we go for a ride and can't praise it's performance enough vs his. Makes me smile😬🏎

I don't have the competition model, but I totally agree with you, it's a very balanced and fun car for the serious performance it has.

I love my M2C. It is an absolute blast. I also have a 2019 GT3T, which is a great car too, but the M2C holds its own.

The M2C is a modern masterpiece. Nothing is perfect but in the world we live in the M2C comes pretty damn close. My M2C replaced a 911 C4S. I absolutely love the M2C.

Yes it's the spiritual successor to the E46 M3. It's a modern masterpiece. The E92 & F82 are quite off track from the M ethos we remembered of because of size

I've got 1800 or so miles on mine now and it's starting to show its personality, which i'd describe as "axe murderer, but chill." The car is constantly threatening to kill me, but every time it makes that threat, it turns out to be super easy to control afterwards.

Love my M2C.
Took my wife for a first drive and now she won't get in the car with me.
Is there something wrong with the car?

Lol.
I personally think the car accelerates at a high rate, but it’s very composed in doing so.
No drama or throw-back in the seats at all.
I guess the torque management is set very conservatively.

I love my M2C as well.
Haven't had a chance to scare any friends yet, but it will happen.
My wife knows what roads she needs to brace on. I have her trained already. Every now and then I'll put it in M2 when she's not paying attention and throw her into her seat.

No. That's actually a good sign.

My wife hated the GT4 and doesn't really care for the M2C. She can go ahead and drive her soulless SUV like the rest of America does.

A little off topic but, you still have the GT4 or you traded it in for the M2C? If so how do you feel about that decision? If not how do you feel about each? I have my name on the wait list for a possible 718 GT4 allocation and would be trading in my M2C for it so I am debating if it is a good decision or if I will regret it. I love my M2C but, I have always wanted a Porsche and now is the time to make it happen if I can get an allocation.

Had a 1M, 991 then 991.2 and now can't stop driving my wife's OG 2018.

Have test driven the M2C numerous times and pondering it vs 718 which I found sportier than 991.2.

In the end I miss my 1M...

I have an OG M2. Is meets all my needs and can’t think of another car I would like more. I have test driven an M2C and didn’t find it different enough in every day driving to make a change.

This is crossing my mind as well given the enjoyment I'm having with my wife's 2018...
