Everyone has to start somewhere and a low-powered FWD car is arguably a good place to start to learn - arguably better than someone with no experience gets an M car, goes to the track for the first time and thinks they are going to set lap records...

Looks like I got a nail in the tire at the end of my road trip. Didn't notice until the day after to go to grocery store and tire said 19 psi.
Should be able to patch this? |

If you want carbon for that price you'll have to go with an ebay knock off or something used off the forum. Also I think some gloss black painted roundels would finish off your car nicely: https://ind-distribution.com/collect...w-hood-roundel https://ind-distribution.com/collect...-trunk-roundel They make a clean painted plate frame as well with included painted hardware: https://ind-distribution.com/collect...se-plate-frame |

gas tank is far smaller than my E90 M3 but the M2C does get 20-30% better gas mileage even with the smaller tank. filled up much earlier than i usually would as well. on the initial trip we brought a jerry can with $15 in premium in it just in case but didnt bother with it on the return trip.

I got spoiled by the 19.8 gallon tank in my 3000gt. But really, give us 5 more gallons of capacity and the car would be so much better for long drives. |

Dropped the car off at my local performance shop. Getting a painted keyhole cover installed as well as some black valve stems and the OEM amplifier splash guard. Oh, and the wheels are getting powder-coated (not black). Excited to share the pics/results with everyone soon

Hahaha you would think so given how murdered out the car is. I thought about it for a while and I decided to do something a little more unique but still tasteful and fitting. Wanted to separate myself from the herd a bit since silver and black are just everywhere.

Well this was back in October but I never posted it up.
Installed a dinan air intake (picture was before reinstalling the modified chassis brace on the driver side) Installed an m performance style carbon rear diffuser Installed the blackline reverse tints And then for black Friday I ordered: Bootmod3 with all OTS maps VRSF Catless Downpipe (cerakoted) (back ordered; 12/16 estimate) VRSF Charge Pipes (back ordered; 01/11 estimate) VRSF 6.5" Competition intercooler (Coming in Monday) MST Turbo Inlet Pipe v2 (Coming in Friday) Turbosmart VR11 Dual Port BOV (Came in yesterday) Dinan Exhaust (back ordered; 12/31 estimate) Curious to hear the difference of my fabspeed catted downpipe vs. the catless, and the new exhaust.

No, I looked and pretty sure they would hit. That's such a shame on the OG M2.
