For flushing with the same fluid within the 2 year intervals bmw recommends, you don't have to flush the dsc module unless you get air into it. You can if you want to but it's not required by bmw.

If you switch fluid I recommend it. Also if you use a hydrophobic brake fluid like srf then you should absolutely flush it.
