A little update! Heres the car after a paint correction and ceramic coating.
New set of wheels should be in this week.
Going with a set of BBS RSii stepped to a 19 also ordered the mortorsport24 diffuser with the 4th brake light!

I am NOT a fan of those wheels at all. To each his own I guess.

This is exactly why I am hesitant to buy/keep my car.
I guess at $55k the buying crowd is still "young" enough to ruin a good thing.

Add some camber. Pop a hole in your exhaust. Slam it to the ground. Add Nitrious. A pink neon light underneath. And sit way back in the rear of the car...you know you want to.

LBB crowd- he's all yours.

That ceramic coating is awesome. do you still do wax before coating or after or keep going back for new layers of coating?

Why does my actions with the car have any effect on you.
Just enjoy your car lol.
Also I didn't realize -3 Front and -2.2 camber rear was considered broken
A hole in the exhaust? really?
No I dont lounge in my seat. I honestly took this as a racist jab.

Hey old BMW owners with Erectile Disfunction- he's all yours.

Ah now THERE'S an idea. Blue neon underneath an LBB car ! I might be almost 62, but I'd love to have that ! Ha ha ha !!!!

I have a right to share my POV - I think it ruins the car - I get individuality. I get expression of opinion. I get the 1st amendment.

I look at your car (lowered, ugly wheels with tires too stretched, rims bulging out, extra long and low spoiler in front that -even in the picture you posted- is millimeters from scraping the ground) and think to myself, "here is someone that has more money than class" and is making our group of car look like a car from Too Fast N Furious. Dont get me wrong...The Film is a top revenue producer...but it attracts a crowd I dont rub elbows with.

You are allowed your POV but the way you expressed it in your first post lacks class and looking at your previous list of cars I think the same exact thing "you have more money than class". Also if you think a 55k car is a symbol of "high class" then idk what to tell you. Just move along, buy a 918 spyder so you don't have to rub elbows with "kids like me"

I thought the october version was unique but this current pic screams "you fools, you haven't even seen me in my final form"

just a nerdy little quip that came to mind.

also, dont mind the naysayers. I think its a huge hypocrisy to knock an enthusiast on the direction they took their car, when that is the point of the forum in the first place...to share these things with other owners of said car

edit- i also like to add that back in october i didn't care for the wheels on his car either, but guess what i did? I didn't post an asshole comment that added no value to the thread!

You are what you are - I wont write the words as they will offend...but you know.

Not sure if the M2 crowd here would agree with you that my "list of cars" symbolizes what you are inferring. How are antique Porsches and a Porsche Turbo and a BMW 335D non-classy cars? None of them was tweaked to be a body double in Fast & Furious like your car (or your past Subie).

Leave it alone. I hurt your feelings because you are sensitive to the looks of your car. If you enjoy it good. I was just voicing a strong opinion that it is NOT my style and I wish you didnt ruin your car. But there are always people like you that take things too far and ruin a good thing.

Honestly it looks pretty good and I'm usually against these types of builds that go against what the M2 is meant to be....

If the wheel offsets weren't soo aggressive and you could fit bigger tires on there I think it would be a winner....see the IND M2. Very similar idea, but toned down a little bit. How eveyone loves that build and thinks this build is the end of the world mind boggles me....

These wheels deff look better than the last set. Personally, I would like to see the stock wheels with bigger tires and these supporting mods.

IMHO paint the roof rails black. And get silver bulbs/led bulbs to get rid of the orange and it's a pretty awesome build.

Not offended at all actually. If anything I hurt your feelings which is actually the name of the thread. But since you're like every old man that has to have the last word. Go ahead!

I agree I planned on doing those mods next and I'm just looking to push the boundaries and see what's possible on the M2 and with that comes trail and error. Everything is reversible. The next look I was planning on was fitting 305s in the rear rub free. But its funny you bring up IND's m2 some of the parts are lifted straight from that car

Just curious now that my mess have kicked in for the days...are any off these mods performance oriented?

I seem to think the bigger wheels/tires are more unsprung weight. Is this all for show and less for go?

Not trying to mend fences - just curious...now get off my lawn.
