Hello, seeking the eyes of others to see what they best believe is the correct alcantara to match the M2 interior. I believe the anthracite is the right color though.

Camera settings, light source/distance and display differences make this a very inaccurate test. My advice would be compare by eye in direct sunlight and in shade.

I used 9002 (Anthracite) when I did my seats and I believe it's the right color. If you've got an OG M2 the passenger dash piece is unfortunately a different color (I think its the straight black color, charcoal?). I got several sample of 9002 from different suppliers and they were different, so I'd recommend a few places (for example, the samples I got from Relicate were less of a match than the European supplier I eventually went with).

Which European supplier? I have Relicate samples right now.

Hi, did you ever figure out which Alcantara to order? I got the Relicate anthracite sample but it seems lighter, so not sure if I should order the black. Thanks!

Didn't end up ordering, I can't quite remember which ones matched the best.

Agreed, though the issue is that retailers have different 9002's from different manufacturers which vary in color. European 9002 is different from what Relicate offers (or at least, it appears so). The 9002 that I ordered from ukhide.com was a better match than what was available from Relicate, even though it shouldn't be.

I ordered multiple samples from Relicate and black (9040) ended up being the closest match on my car. 9002 from them was too light.

I ended up ordering backed A642 anthracite.
