Does anyone know if the M seats are supposed to sit higher than the OG sport seats? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but mine feel like they're definitely sitting too high... Perhaps coding needed as I reused my factory seat modules?

Only issue is I'm convinced they aren't going as low as they first did when we installed the M4 seats I thought hey I could wear a helmet now and not hit the sunroof.

Now With my original modules the seat refrains from going as low. Could the electrical end points be different between seat control modules?

Or am I just tripping balls at this point?! Luckily theyre not too high, about same as OG electric seats. Nice to have the option though.

Thoughts?
I'm pretty sure that this is the same issue that I'm having - my seats are definitely sitting higher than they should be... I'm gonna try putting in the M2C modules, lowering it all the way down, and then switching back to the OG modules. Hopefully this fixes the issue without coding!

you think someone can rework a m4 seat to match the M2CS seat. redo the stictching and add the alantra on the sides and proper leather matching the m2.

I just finished a M4 non competition seat re-stitched and had the armrest and outside armrest pieces wrapped in merino leather bimmermasterpieces

My M2 CS seats are definitely going a lot lower than my OG seats. I did not swap the seat modules though, I reprogrammed the M2 CS ones to work with my car.

How did you do the reprogramming? Just VO coded in the seats or was it more involved than that?

I VO-coded them with an adjusted vehicle order: I removed the "Sports Seat" option (S481) and added the "Adjustment, seat-backrest width" option (S490).

Oh interesting - I think I'll give that a try
