Minichamps M2 CS interest thread

I have both the 1:18 Minichamp (Black wheels) and GT Spirit (Gold wheels). Although the Minichamp is a more well known brand, the GT Spirit did a significant better job this time with more correct details. I can sell the Minichamp one to anyone in Vancouver.

You know the carbon roof makes a great floor pattern for the model cars.

Can't wait to photograph mine. I think it must have reached Bali by now, though it may have been waylaid by the good weather and mojitos - it's been on the road 4 weeks since heading off for sydney.

Mine finally arrived today after landing State side on November 10. I was starting to wonder what was going on! My box looks like it had a run in with sea creature in transit!!

Mine came in last week. Overall pretty happy except there was no 6-speed manual that was requested.

If you've received yours, can you tell me if it came in LHD or RHD?

I received mine today - generally speaking, it looks good BUT, mine came in with DCT as opposed to 6MT and in left-hand drive instead of right-hand drive

Got my custom one!! CCBs and my license plate! Also has the proper front and rear calipers after discussing with them.

Minichamps just released the small 1:43 scale versions of the M2CS. Mine just arrived in the mail today. All things considered, it’s really nice and includes a simulated CF roof, mirrors and spoiler. The brakes even look right.

I should be receiving my MB with Gold wheels very soon, as I got notification of dispatch last week.
I think the black and the white have been available earlier than the blue.

I’ve received my Misano Blue/Gold wheels 1:43 and I’m extremely impressed with the exterior detail. Particularly the CF roof, splitter, boot lip and mirrors. Overall, a fine miniature even if the interior detail isn’t as good as Minichamps models of old.

I see the 1:43 scale models have the correct CF pattern on the roof. Do any others? It's literally such an important / distinguishing design element I can't imagine how they got that wrong.

Its funny that the carbon pattern on the smaller 1:43 is correct , and on the 1:18 it isnt !

Been holding off in purchasing the 1/18 scale model for my car because of how much they go for online.

Well today, i'm finally getting one after winning the ebay auction on this GT spirit replica. Haven't done any bidding online and this was the ever first attempt and won.

it came in today and didn't waste any time and uploaded my unboxing vid. lol

Box was slightly dented and it was discounted because of it. Car came out unscathed in perfect condition.
