Wheel Alignment - Which shop?
Hello M2 members,
I just moved to Orange County California. I want to get a wheel alignment for my M2 and would like to get your recommendation on where to go. The BMW dealership charges $280. The Acura dealership charges $180 The Wheel Alignment shop near my home charges $90 They all said they will align to BMW M2 specs. Does it matter where I have the M2 service at? Do you have any recommended shops near the Irvine area? Thanks so much. Jon. |

EAS or Chewerks in City of Industry. Just went to Chewerks and they're excellent.

Kenny over at funfzehn auto also does alignment work. Great shop for any sort of job really.
He's done an alignment, swapped out my CDV and did transmission/diff flush for me so far. I'll likely take the car there for service after my maintenance plan runs out too. |

For example, my 128i was lowered on BC coils and I wanted more performance oriented camber and a more toe-in for sharper turn in, they worked with me to find specs that would be aggressive but still streetable and wouldn't compromise the life of my tires too much. They're up in Westminster, but it's worth the trip. Plus they are usually working on a number of cool cars, so it's not a bad place to hang out and wait for your car to be done. |
