Turbo not kicking in for 3rd gear higher rev range.

I have a 2017 M2, running Bootmod3 stage 2 (has all needed upgrades). The increase in power is instantly noticeable, however, sometimes when I'm in third gear around 3500+ rpm it feels as if the turbo is no longer kicking in. Acceleration speed isn't anywhere near as quick as it is in second or the lower rev range of third.
Anything I can look for in terms of troubleshooting?

Datalogs. Boost, Wastegate duty cycle, throttle angle come to mind.

Are these pulls being done in Sport+ or DSC full off?
