There is one option which theoreticaly can fit gold CCB calipers in 18", but I haven't tried it personaly and don't know about anyone actualy trying it. Racingbrake.com have rotors for CCB calipers that comes in size 380x36 (instead 400x36 stock) with different caliper brackets, with them you can for sure fit any 19" wheels and maybe APEX wheels in 18" could fit there. I only tried with 513M wheels which fitted but there was about 1 mm space from rim to caliper, APEX wheels should have better caliper clearance tho... Anyway I don't see the option for only front rotors (centers, rotors, brackets) on their pages anymore. But if you'll be interested I have the front set (brackets, centers, rotors) with damaged rotor (craked with too high operating temp brake pads). You would have to buy new rotors for it, which are for about 1k $ here PS: Don't buy open slot rotors for track use
