Possible to remove CEL without tune?

Is it possible to turn off/remove a CEL from a catless downpipe without flashing a tune? (Locked ECU)

Piggyback from BMS (JB4) should be able to do it IIRC.

Some additional gauge type things like AK motion dara display can suppress the CEL.

Same idea, its not exactly a new one.

Alpina had a digital vent display/gauge back in the early 90s

At a quick glance the AWRON can't deal with check engine lights or fake the OPFs.
